Sessional Subject Developers – Education

We are seeking experienced and creative Sessional Subject Developers to contribute to the design and development of high-quality, research-informed Education subjects that reflect Christian values and pedagogical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver standards-aligned lecture recordings, Moodle-based online learning experiences and subject materials tailored for initial teacher education programs.
• Integrate biblical perspectives with contemporary educational theory and practice
• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure curriculum coherence and relevance
• Contribute to the mission of forming educators who teach with integrity, compassion and purpose

Essential Criteria:

• Doctorate (or currently completing a PhD) in Education or a related field
• Experience in schools, curriculum development or tertiary teaching
• Understanding of Christian worldview and its application in education
• Commitment to academic excellence and student-centred learning
