International Student Orientation
In order to assist International to transition into the living in Australia and studying at Australian College of Christian Studies, the College conducts an International student orientation program. It is an opportunity to find out important information, local services and support available to assist you at College.
Orientation includes information such as:
- studying in Sydney and New South Wales
- satisfying the conditions of your student visa
- adjusting to Australian culture
- finding your way around Sydney
- receiving advice on staying safe in your new home
- visa conditions and work rights

When is Orientation?
Orientation sessions are compulsory for all international students. The program is held on campus on the following days:
ACCS 2026 Orientation Dates:
·       Trimester 1 – 9.30am 27th January 2026
·       Trimester 2 – 9.30am 18th May 2026
·       Trimester 3 – 9.30am 7th September 2026
ACCS Education Courses – Orientation Dates :
·       Semester 1 – 9.30am 9th February 2026
·      Semester 2 – 9.30am 13th July 2026
SKTC 2026 Orientation Dates:
·       Semester 1 – 9.30am 16th February 2026
·      Semester 2 – 9.30am 20th July 2026
You are also required to make yourself familiar with the contents of the
Student Handbook.
Then you need to completed the orientation section provided in the Student
Services Information Page (in Moodle)
Including the following three modules as mandatory
requirements, which are to be completed within the first
two weeks of the trimester.
3. Well and safe students
4. SASH and
5. Academic Integrity
It is a requirement that you complete all of the modules in the three
sections following this orientation. At the end of each module you will be
required to declare that you have completed the individual modules.
